Response times

WhatsApp messages typically get a reply within a few hours during Colombian business hours (GMT-5). Email is usually same day, occasionally next business day if you catch a weekend. If something is time-sensitive — a surgery date you're trying to hold, a flight you're about to book — say so up front and we'll prioritise it.
